Ayurvedic Remedies for Indigestion

The Butyrate acid it contains also has an anti-inflammatory effect. Moreover, the salt present naturally cleanses bacteria.
You can also try having a ripe banana with a hot beverage after dinner. The starchiness of the banana adds bulk to your stool. Meanwhile, the warm liquid stimulates stool movements. Fibrous foods and liquids are preferable.
Remember to include soaked figs or Anjeer, bael fruit, triphala, and china grass. All of these are fibrous and nutrient rich, and effectively ward away constipation.
Remedy for Bloating
Bloating is the accumulation of gas in the abdomen. This is often caused by a weak Agni, or digestive fire, or the presence of Ama or bio toxins. Excessive gas can be eliminated by warm fluids, certain spices, and freshly cooked food.
Fennel seeds or Anjeer are a popular tool to cure bloating. You can also chew on these seeds separately to reduce gas and bloating. Alternatively, stir 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds with 1 cup of boiling water and consume immediately.
Don’t forget to add it fresh ginger, hing (asafoetida), and a dash of rock salt for flavour.
Herbal teas such as mint can also aid flatulence. You can also try rosemary, fennel, green and black teas. Stay away from heavier forms with milk and sugar.
Remedy for Acidity

Fluids are necessary to heal your gut naturally. Plain water is the best recommended option. Additionally, buttermilk, tea, and fruit juices (especially pomegranate and apple) are helpful options. Ginger tea is another great option as it hydrates the body and replenishes nutrients. It is a natural detoxifier among spices.
